Cancellation of registration and social events must be notified in writing to the Organising Secretariat.

• Written cancellation received before Friday 3rd October 2008: a full refund less a 20% administration fee will be made.
• Written cancellation received after Friday 3rd October 2008 and before Friday 31st October 2008: a full refund less a 50% administration fee will be made.
• Written cancellation received after Friday 31st October 2008: no refunds will be made.
