Welcome Reception

A welcome drinks reception will be held in the Dorchester Library at the Royal College of Physicians at the end of the day's scientific sessions on Thursday 4th December. All registered delegates are invited to attend. We hope this will be a perfect opportunity to relax, catch up with old acquaintances and form new friendships.

One of the oldest Livery Companies in London, Stationers’ Hall dates back to 1403.  This historic and exclusive building in the shadow of St Paul’s Cathedral is one of the most sought over venues in the capital.

The Hall’s elegant, classical dining rooms are not generally open for public functions, the Congress banquet provides an unusual opportunity to visit one of London’s most unique venues and to sample the excellent cuisine for which the hall is renowned. Space is strictly limited and delegates are advised to book early to avoid disappointment.

Gentlemen: Collared jacket, shirt and tie must be worn.
No jeans or trainers.

Cost: UK£50.00 per person.

The price includes pre-dinner drinks and wine with dinner, coach transportation from the conference venue and UK VAT.
